On Eyejusters-provided data collection forms you'll notice a section called 'Code'. What is this?

Codes are a way of getting all the important data condensed down into a short format, so you can archive them off paper sheets quickly and easily using character recognition software. You'll soon be able to upload the full data by using our electronic template (below) or just a list of codes. All our data collection sheets and materials are compatible with this coding system. We have big plans for Eyejusters data codes, and they're really easy to use.
